First Things First

In Acts 2, prompted by the Holy Spirit’s arrival at Pentecost, Peter preaches the gospel to a crowd of people. Thousands of them put their faith in Jesus, repented, and were baptized. Acts 2:42-47 outlines how these new believers prioritized their lives according to their new-found devotion to Jesus. They began devoting themselves to truth, community, prayer, and worship. In this series, our students will be given the opportunity to evaluate their own priorities and learn what it means to put the first things first in their lives as they follow Jesus.
